The Department of Veterans Affairs, North Texas VA Medical Center, is seeking a contractor to provide ON-X Heart Valves on a consignment basis. The contract will have a base period of one year, with four optional one-year renewal periods. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining an inventory of heart valves and providing replacement products within 48 hours of receipt of a purchase order. The contractor will also be required to provide on-site training and technical support to VA Cardiology Section personnel.
