Lutron Distributor for Lighting Project

The University of Iowa is seeking a qualified supplier to furnish a Lutron Athena lighting control system as an upgrade to the existing Lutron GRAFIK 7000 lighting control system at the Campus Recreation and Wellness Center. The selected supplier shall include pricing for the required equipment and services, including QP5-4L-POE, UA-CS-LX, EX-SWCIR, LUT-ELI-3PH, PP-DV, QSE-IO, and QSWS2-2BN-WH-G. The supplier must provide a detailed quote and specification sheet, as well as audited financial statements and annual reports for the previous two years. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, and the evaluation of proposals will be based on criteria such as response to specifications, demonstrated expertise and service record, system technical maintainability and usability, financial responsibility/stability of the supplier, references of the supplier, new functionalities, pricing schedule, supplier experience, commitment, and demonstrated understanding.
