Industrial Plant Equipment (IPE) BPA Additional Sources

The 309th Maintenance Support Group is seeking assistance with equipment installation, relocation, repair, or modification. The contractor will be required to follow specific procedures for contractor credentialing, including obtaining a controlled area access badge and completing required training. The contractor will also be required to submit a list of employees requiring credentials and notify the government of any changes to the list. Some key points to consider include: • The contractor must comply with all security regulations and procedures. • The contractor must obtain a DBIDS credential for employees working on the project. • The contractor must complete required training before a credential is issued. • The contractor must coordinate all required training with MXSG EN and/or Auth Caller. • The contractor must notify MXSG EN and/or Auth Caller within 1 business day of badged employees’ separation from their company.
