Description
The City of Salina is soliciting sealed bids for the construction of concrete improvements throughout its park system (Phase 4B). The work includes excavation, curb‑and‑gutter replacement, new sidewalks, reinforced concrete pavement, aggregate base placement, grading and seeding, and associated traffic control and construction staking. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, with a performance bond and insurance requirements. The project must be substantially completed by 3 January 2027 and fully completed by 1 April 2027.
