Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 5, is seeking responses from entities that are interested in and capable of providing contractor services for patient lift annual inspections at the Washington DC VA Medical Center. The contract will include all parts, materials, labor, software/licenses, and resources required to maintain and utilize the ceiling mounted patient lift equipment/system to their fullest capacity onsite. This work includes Preventative Maintenance, Fixes/Repairs, Loaners, and Replacements to all items and accessories assigned to the site. The proposed value of this contract is approximately $292,197.00.
• The contractor shall provide training to clinical staff/users.
• The contractor shall conduct a joint inspection with the on-site Point of Contact (POC) upon completion of installation.
• The contractor shall provide documentation for the proposed equipment within 10 business days of work completion.
• The contractor shall submit a consolidated invoice monthly in arrears of the month for which services are being billed.
