Navajo County is seeking a qualified consultant to deliver a modern, fully‑integrated Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA) system together with professional services for implementation, data migration, training, and ongoing support. The contract is a one‑year base period with optional one‑year renewals up to four additional years, and the vendor must provide a secure, GIS‑enabled, user‑friendly platform that allows the County to retain ownership of all data and to interface with existing County and state systems. The solicitation includes a two‑week extension for questions and moves the final proposal deadline to October 1, 2026.
• Provide a complete CAMA software solution with GIS integration, reporting/analytics, and a public property portal.
• Deliver implementation services: data conversion (historical data back to 2005), system configuration, integration with County GIS, Treasurer, ADOR, and internal applications via APIs, DB access, or file exchanges.
• Offer training, documentation, and post‑go‑live support; ensure data ownership remains with the County and supply a full data‑export capability at contract termination.
• Meet extensive insurance, certification (non‑collusion, debarment, boycott of Israel, forced‑labor) and compliance requirements.
• Contract term: 1 year, renewable up to 4 additional one‑year extensions, with a 90‑day offer validity period.
