- Red Oxide Primer

The Texas Department of Criminal Justice is seeking bids for the procurement of red oxide primer. The contract will be for the delivery of 140 units of red oxide primer, with a unit price to be determined by the bidder. The primer must be manufactured by CPC, with item number QAP835-ROX/PL, and must be 5-gallons in size. The delivery location will be the TDCJ Coffield Unit, Metal Fabrication, in Tennessee Colony, Texas. The bidder must comply with all terms and conditions, including security procedures and Texas statutes and rules relating to procurement. • The bidder must provide a quote for the unit price and extensions. • The bidder must comply with the Texas Hazard Communication Act and provide Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS's) for hazardous materials sold. • The bidder must adhere to TDCJ security procedures, including having a security escort throughout delivery and not interacting with inmates. • The bidder must notify each of their staff accessing TDCJ premises of the provisions within the security directive prior to any delivery.
