Description
The Commonwealth of Kentucky is seeking bids for the renovation of the Fayette Juvenile Detention Center. The project includes the conversion of an existing dormitory into a housing unit with eight bedrooms, a dayroom, shower, counselor office, and multipurpose room. The renovation also includes the upgrade of the existing water management system to all plumbing fixtures in the housing units. Interested contractors are encouraged to attend a site visit on January 9, 2026, at 1:00 PM ET.
