Mobile Water Supply Tender or Tanker Purchase

The Claiborne County Board of Supervisors is seeking to purchase one mobile water supply tender or tanker that meets the National Fire Protection Standards for Fire Apparatus (NFPA 1900 Series). The tender or tanker must be new and unused, with a pump size of 1000 GPM and a tank size of 3000 gallons. Sealed bids will be accepted until December 31, 2025, and will be opened and read aloud on January 5, 2026. The award will be made to the lowest and best responding bidder meeting the requirements of the bid specifications. • The tender or tanker must meet the NFPA 1900 Series standards. • The pump size must be 1000 GPM. • The tank size must be 3000 gallons. • The bidder must provide a sealed bid with the outside of the envelope clearly marked "Mobile Water Supply Tender (or Tanker) Bid". • The bid specifications are available from the County Administrator's Office.
