Proposal for Construction Services for Lukachukai Senior Center Revnovation

The Navajo Nation Division of Community Development is seeking a qualified general contractor to renovate the Lukachukai Senior Center. The scope includes demolition of moisture‑damaged interior finishes, roof repair and replacement, exterior stucco repair, interior wall and ceiling restoration, and a full interior finish package.
