Census Bureau Transformation & Application Modernization (CenTAM) - Draft Solicitation Sections for Industry Review and Feedback

The United States Census Bureau is releasing draft solicitation materials for industry review and feedback for the Census Bureau Transformation & Application Modernization (CenTAM) requirement. The Government anticipates issuing this requirement as a competitive RFQ under the General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS). Only Small Businesses, including eligible Joint Ventures, holding the applicable GSA MAS Information Technology Category SIN 54151S will be eligible to submit quotations. The scope of the project includes transformation and application modernization, and the Government is seeking feedback on the draft solicitation materials. • The CenTAM requirement includes multiple BPAs, such as Enterprise BPA, SPS BPA, Geospatial BPA, and Decennial BPA. • The draft solicitation materials include Section C – CenTAM Performance Work Statement (PWS), Section L – Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Quoters, Section M – Evaluation Factors for Award, and selected attachments. • The Government is seeking feedback on the draft solicitation materials, and vendors are encouraged to submit questions and comments during the pre-solicitation phase.
