Description
This solicitation seeks qualified contractors to replace the main entrance gate and perimeter fence at the Sullivan Plant in Anchorage, Alaska. The work includes removal of existing structures, design and supply of new gate and fence systems, installation, and any associated site work as defined in the Sample Equipment Contract. Bidders must attend a mandatory site visit, may submit questions, and must upload a technical proposal through the CEA bid portal.
• Remove existing main gate and fence.
• Provide design, materials, hardware, and install a new gate‑and‑fence system.
• Follow specifications in the attached Sample Equipment Contract; any contractual exceptions must be identified in writing.
• Mandatory site visit on July 20 2026; bids due August 10 2026.
