RFQ - Freestanding Pedestal DN100 Pump Flange Ansi Piping Flange

The City of Fort Myers is seeking quotes from qualified suppliers to provide freestanding pedestal DN100 pump flange and piping flange, check valves, plug valves, and labor and materials to replace pumps, dry pit stands, check valves, isolation valves, piping, and fittings. The work includes providing and installing four DN100(4IN) freestanding pump pedestal assemblies, four 6-inch lever-and-weight style check valves, and four 6-inch plug-type isolation valves. The supplier must also provide all labor and materials required to remove existing pumps, dry-pit stands, check valves, isolation valves, piping, and fittings, and install new pumps, stands, valves, piping, and fittings as required for a complete and operational system. • The supplier must hold a current license from the State of Florida as required for each discipline. • The supplier must have no record of judgments, bankruptcies, pending lawsuits against the City or criminal activities involving moral turpitude. • The supplier must demonstrate qualifications to perform the work by submitting written evidence, such as financial data, previous experience, and present commitments. • The supplier must maintain the minimum qualification requirements during the term of the contract and any contract renewals.
