DoD National Geographic & Chilton Subscription

The United States Air Force is conducting market research to determine whether businesses can provide a subscription to Chilton's Auto Repair Manuals and National Geographic (Magazine, Kids, People, Animal, World, and various media formats). The subscription must include comprehensive automotive expertise, DIY repair information, and digital content suitable for students, educators, and researchers. The contract is anticipated to have a period of performance from 15 June 2026 to 14 June 2027, with two one-year option periods. Key features of the required subscription include: • Chilton's Auto Repair manuals database with information on over 2,600 vehicle makes and models • National Geographic Kids, People, Animals, and World digital content • Full-text books, magazines, videos, maps, and images • Multimedia content, including videos and animations • ASE test prep and DIY repair guides • Mobile application for saving articles, citations, and links • Free staff training and complimentary marketing services • Statistics for each branch of service and other categories • Security features, including Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.3 and HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS)
