Description
The U.S. Embassy in Harare is seeking a contractor to provide preventive maintenance services for its Kone traction elevators. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining the elevators in safe, reliable, and efficient operating condition. The contract will be for a one-year period, with two one-year optional periods of performance. The contractor will provide all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, repair parts, supplies, and materials to perform inspection, maintenance, repair, and component replacement as required to maintain the elevators in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications.

• Providing a full-service maintenance agreement written in English
• Performing monthly scheduled maintenance visits
• Providing 24-hour call-back service for emergency situations
• Maintaining an easily accessible supply of spare parts sufficient for normal maintenance and expedient emergency repairs
• Submitting a schedule and description of the scheduled routine maintenance tasks for approval by the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR)
