LGDS VIDEO-BASED TRAINING DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT

The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is conducting market research through a Request for Information (RFI) to identify qualified sources capable of providing video-based interactive multimedia instructional training for U.S. Border Patrol (USBP) personnel to operate the Linear Ground Detection System (LGDS). The training should include a clear understanding of the system's concept of operation, architecture, and design, as well as provide step-by-step guidance and assessment, testing, and certification capabilities. The solution should be provided as a managed service and be SCORM compliant and compatible with the current Learning Management System (LMS).
