EMI Test Receiver

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) is seeking a quotation for an EMI Test Receiver. The requirement is for a brand-name item, specifically the Rohde and Schwarz (R&S) EMI Test Receiver. The quotation should include all costs associated with the requirement, including shipping and freight to Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114, as well as any tariff or duty charges. The contract will be issued on a firm fixed-price basis. • The requirement is not eligible for small business set-aside. • The material must be TAA compliant. • The offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). • The offeror must provide documentation from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) confirming the offeror is an authorized reseller or distributor of the brand-name item(s) quoted. • The award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis.
