Description
The Miami‑Dade County Department of Transportation and Public Works is seeking a qualified contractor to execute a series of sidewalk improvement projects across multiple county locations. The work includes new sidewalk construction, reconstruction/repair of existing sidewalks and related components, demolition and disposal of existing pavement and vegetation, subgrade preparation, utility valve adjustments, and installation of Addapave tree‑pit systems. All labor, materials, equipment, and supervision must be provided by the contractor, and the contract will be awarded on a lowest‑responsive‑and‑responsible‑bid basis. The contract duration is 570 calendar days from the issuance of the first work order, with a 2 % User‑Access Program fee retained from each payment.
