The U.S. Government is seeking competitive lease proposals for administrative office space in support of law enforcement operations in Orlando, FL. The required space must be as-is, fully finished, and furnished, with a minimum of 9,000 to 12,000 ABOA SF. The space should have at least 49 private offices, 1 conference room, and a dedicated server room. The lease term is 10 years, and the evaluation will be based on the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offer. • The space must be modern, high-quality, and suitable for professional use. • The offered rates must reflect the furnished delivery condition. • The Government does not anticipate using Tenant Improvements (TI) or Building Specific Amortized Capital (BSAC) for this procurement. • The offeror must comply with Section 889 of the FY19 NDAA and initiate SAM registration promptly.
