High Power Amplifiers

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration is seeking two high-power RF amplifiers for therapeutic ultrasound research. The amplifiers must meet specific technical requirements, including frequency range, power output, gain, and impedance. The contractor must provide manufacturer's warranty documentation and a technical quotation. • The amplifiers must cover the frequency range of 10 kHz to 10 MHz and 10 MHz to 35 MHz. • The amplifiers must have a minimum rated power of 400 W and 300 W, respectively. • The amplifiers must have a gain of 55 dB minimum and an input and output impedance of 50 Ohms nominal. • The contractor must provide a warranty for the amplifiers, with longer warranties receiving more favorable consideration. • The contractor must provide a technical quotation, price quotation, and other documentation as specified in the solicitation.
