Open-End Design Agreement

The Lenoir Community College is seeking proposals for an open-end design agreement for small informal projects on an as-needed basis for architecture design, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, commissioning and fire protection engineering, civil engineering, roofing consultant engineering, and landscape architectural design. The agreement will be for projects with budgets not exceeding $300,000. The proposing firm must be properly licensed to practice architecture, engineering, or landscape architecture in the state of North Carolina. The selection committee will consider factors such as specialized expertise, past performance, staff and design team, and construction administration capabilities. • The project includes various design services such as architecture, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and more. • The proposing firm must be licensed to practice in North Carolina. • The selection committee will consider factors such as expertise, past performance, and staff capabilities. • The agreement is for small informal projects with budgets not exceeding $300,000. • The proposing firm must submit three copies of the letter of interest and SF 254.
