Description
The US Government Publishing Office is seeking quotations for the production of 850 SPX-33 mission patch stickers. The stickers should be 4" x 4" in size, with a custom die-cut image, and printed in 4-color process with a clear high gloss UV aqueous coating. The contractor must provide three prior-to-production samples, and the Government will approve, conditionally approve, or disapprove the samples within one workday. The contract requires the contractor to deliver the finished product by December 31, 2025.
Key requirements include:
• Pressure sensitive, permanent adhesive, suitable backer with slit
• Face (label) prints in 4-Color Process Match to the pantone colors
• Custom kiss cut in the shape of image, remove waste
• No digital printing accepted
• Quality Level 2, as defined in GPO PUB 310.1
• Compliance with JCP Paper Specification Standards
• Compliance with GPO Contract Terms (GPO Pub. 310.2)
