Welin Lambie Dual Point Davit Overhaul Renewal Sources Sought Notice

The U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC) is seeking qualified sources to inspect, test, and overhaul or renew a Welin Lambie TW.PIV 5.0B Dual Point Davit onboard 210’ and 270’ class cutters at varying locations. The period of performance will be for one base year and four option years. The USCG will provide overhaul kits and A condition TW.PIV 5.0B davits as Government Furnished Equipment/Property for the 210’A, 210’B, and 270 WMEC for renewals or overhauls. • The contractor must be able to store and ship a Government Furnished davit from the contractor's facility to the designated place of performance. • The contractor must be able to ship the removed davit to the Coast Guard Warehouse. • The contractor must have experience in work similar in type and scope. • The contractor must be able to submit a bid for a solicitation for this requirement as a prime contractor.
