Description
The Ann Arbor Public Schools are seeking bids for asbestos abatement activities at Pioneer High School. The project consists of sealed bids for the Summer 2026 Asbestos Abatement, and the successful bidder will be required to execute a contract, provide insurance certificates, and file the required bonds. The bid security must be 5% of the bid amount, and the bidder must also furnish a performance bond and labor and material payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price.
• The bid must include a bid security, bid pricing form, notarized bid disclosure statement, contractor information form, Iran Economic Sanctions Act form, and certification form.
• The bids will be publicly opened at approximately 11:30 AM on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, via a Zoom meeting.
• The bidding documents will be available for public inspection at BuildingConnected.com.
• A pre-bid meeting will be held at 3:30 PM on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at Pioneer High School, and an on-site walk-through will be held at the same time and location.
