The City of Tacoma is seeking vendors to provide comprehensive vehicle appearance services for its municipal fleet. The scope includes thorough auto detailing, professional window tint installation, and repair of scratches and dents on city‑owned vehicles. This contract will support the city’s efforts to maintain a clean, safe, and presentable fleet for public‑facing operations.
• Perform interior and exterior detailing of automobiles, including vacuuming, shampooing, polishing, and protective coating.
• Apply high‑quality window tint film to meet state regulations and improve vehicle heat rejection.
• Repair minor body damage such as scratches, dings, and dents using approved paint‑less dent repair techniques.
• Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and disposal services in compliance with city environmental and safety standards.
