The Dept. Of Information Resources is seeking bids for PR-00854 SHODAN CIRT. The objective of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit responses from potential Respondents to provide proprietary software. The IFB includes an assessment for Information and Communications Technology (ICT) accessibility, which vendors should complete to describe their current implementation of accessibility policy and practices within their organizations. The assessment includes sections on ICT accessibility policy, organizational structure, integration of ICT accessibility criteria, and making information regarding ICT accessibility policy, plans, and progress available to customers. • The ICT accessibility policy and VPAT documentation availability are key components of the assessment. • Vendors should describe their current state of ICT accessibility policy and practices within their organizations. • The assessment is not a substitute for and is independent of Accessibility Conformance Reports for product offerings.
