Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is soliciting quotations for Multimode Microplate Readers. The readers must have multimode detection capability, including absorbance, fluorescence, and luminescence, and support standard SBS microplate formats from 6-well to at least 384-well plates. The readers must also provide multiple read modes, including endpoint, kinetic, and spectral scanning, and have user-programmable methods and integrated data-analysis tools.
Some key features of the required Multimode Microplate Readers include:
• Must have a broad wavelength range spanning UV, visible, and near-IR
• Must have temperature-control functionality for assays requiring thermal stability
• Must include adjustable shaking or mixing capability suitable for microplate assays
• Must use high-sensitivity detectors capable of quantifying low-signal outputs such as luminescence
• Must export data in standard formats including CSV or spreadsheet-compatible files
