FY26 LEAP eMentor

The United States Air Force is seeking sources capable of providing online course hours and student throughput for the Language Enabled Airman Program (LEAP) eMentor course. The contractor will deliver eMentor online courses via a government-approved Unified Communications and Collaboration (UCC) platform. The contract requires the recruitment and certification of eMentor instructors with advanced language proficiency. The contractor must also ensure delivery and development of curricula that align with the LEAP program's purpose and government-provided source materials. Some key requirements include: • Providing a white paper outlining the company's solution to recruit qualified instructors and deliver virtual classroom sessions • Utilizing a UCC platform that meets or exceeds government requirements • Recruiting, developing, and certifying a cadre of eMentor instructors with language skills equivalent to an Inter-Agency Language Roundtable (ILR) Advanced Professional Proficiency • Ensuring delivery and development of curricula that align with the LEAP program's purpose and government-provided source materials • Describing past performance in language course management and delivery
