Description
The Cambridge Housing Authority is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for the renovation of two residential units at Newtowne Court in Cambridge, MA. The project includes drywall, insulation, kitchen replacement, bathroom replacement, flooring, doors, ceiling refinishing, painting, and code compliance. The not-to-exceed value of this contract is $250,000.
• The selected contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete this project.
• The awarded contractor will be responsible for providing complete source removal as well as coordinating hazardous material testing if required.
• General bidders should be DCAMM certified in General Building Construction and contractors must be in business as a corporation or company for a minimum of five (5) years in order to be eligible.
• Bids must be electronically submitted at www.procore.com.
• Deadline for General Bidder questions shall be submitted by Friday, May 15, 2026, by 1:00 PM.
