The City of Moline is soliciting electronic bids from qualified contractors for the demolition and utility disconnection of residential structures under the Strong Communities Program 2 (SCP2). The project includes the demolition of a two-story house with aluminum siding and shingle roof, as well as the removal of a tree and grinding of the stump. The contractor will be responsible for applying for and obtaining necessary permits, disconnecting utilities, and disposing of debris.
