Van Sickle Bi-State Park Shop Building, Residence, Trails and Site Improvements

This project calls for the design‑build construction of a new vehicle‑storage/shop building, a duplex residence, associated trails, and comprehensive site improvements at Van Sickle Bi‑State Park. The work encompasses a full range of civil, structural, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) systems, as well as landscaping, road paving, and utility installations. • New shop building and duplex residence with foundations, slab work, and exterior finishes. • Roadways, parking lot, trails, storm‑drain infrastructure, and utility stub‑outs (water, sewer, electrical, HVAC). • Site grading, excavation, concrete work (pavement, sidewalks), landscaping, and site‑clearing (including tree‑stump removal). • Coordination with TRPA, State Public Works, and Nevada Division of Forestry for permits, environmental compliance, and storm‑water management.
