Description
The Vermont Department of Fish & Wildlife is seeking a qualified contractor to demolish 3 farm structures, smooth and seed the site. The contractor will be responsible for building demolition, site seeding and smoothing, road grading, and disposal of hazardous materials. The estimated value of this contract is $100,000. The contract period is approximately 3 months, and the proposed contract start date will be after September 1, 2026, and must be completed by November 30, 2026.
• The contractor must have the proper training and ability to correctly handle and dispose of hazardous materials.
• The contractor will be required to provide all equipment, fuel, and labor necessary to provide the services as detailed in this solicitation.
• Bidders must visit the site prior to submitting a bid.
• Bid awards will not be altered due to site conditions unanticipated by the contractor.
