Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to replace windows in Building 3 and corridors at the VA Medical Center in Saint Cloud, Minnesota. The contractor will be responsible for removing existing windows, safely removing lead and asbestos containing materials, and installing new window frames and sashes. The work will be completed in an occupied building, and the contractor must ensure that all construction activities are completed behind proper construction barriers. The contract duration will include all work, inspections, and punch list corrections, and beneficial occupancy and final acceptance must be achieved within the contract duration.
