Description
The Indian Health Service (IHS) is seeking a contractor to provide flooring supplies, specifically Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) flooring, for the Maintenance Department at the Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility (CCHCF) in Arizona. The contractor must provide supplies that meet the specifications outlined in the solicitation, including a minimum 10-year warranty, moisture resistance, and scratch, stain, and slip resistance. The contractor must also provide a brand-name or equal description for the supplies. The Government has identified a specific brand name, Daltile, but will accept equivalent descriptions. The contract will be awarded to the responsible Offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the Government, with price and other factors considered.
