TAMAMI WELL HOUSE ROOFS AND HATCHS (TAM#1) and (TAM#3).

The County of Collier is seeking a quote to remove and replace two complete roofs and roof hatches at the Tamiami Well House locations. The scope of work includes removing the old roofs and hatches, installing new ones, covering equipment inside the building, painting the ceiling and outside fascia, and disposing of debris. The contractor will be responsible for submitting a shop drawing for the hatch and providing a lump sum quote for all personnel, equipment, and materials. * The project involves replacing roofs and hatches at two locations: 841 7th St SW (TAM#1) and 851 3rd St SW (TAM#3) * The contractor must ensure that all equipment inside the building is covered to prevent dust and debris from entering * The contractor will be responsible for painting the ceiling and outside fascia with a color provided by the County * The contractor must dispose of all debris, including the old roof and hatch * The County will provide assistance with access to the gated secured site and review of all materials to be utilized
