The County of Kern is seeking a vendor to provide the engineering, fabrication, testing, and delivery of an ultra-low emissions enclosed ground flare for use at a California landfill. The flare must be delivered within 52 weeks, and the vendor must provide a testing demonstration to ensure proper use and function. The award will be based on price, references, qualifications, and delivery/project completion time. • The vendor must provide a lump sum price for the entire project, including engineering, fabrication, testing, and delivery. • The vendor must provide at least three references, with name of entity, contact person, phone number, address, and email address. • The vendor must complete the local vendor preference worksheet and provide qualifying information if claiming local vendor preference. • The vendor must comply with all applicable county, state, and federal laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations.
