Description
The City of Laconia is seeking proposals for the replacement of an exterior door and installation of ADA-compliant automatic door systems at Leavitt Park. The project includes removing the existing door and frame, installing a new door and frame, installing an ADA automatic door operator, and coordinating with the City's electrical contractor. The successful proposal will include company contact information, relevant experience, materials and equipment details, project timeline, total cost proposal, warranty information, and completed and signed documents. Proposals will be evaluated based on the qualifications of the firm, experience of the firm and key personnel, understanding of the project scope and requirements, technical approach and methodology, quality of references, and proposal cost.
