Repair and Reconstruction of City Parking Garages & Various Facilities, FY 2025

The City of Rochester is seeking bids for the repair and reconstruction of city parking garages and various facilities. The project includes general construction and electrical construction contracts. The general construction contract includes tasks such as routing and sealing of cracks, concrete repair, and application of new waterproofing membrane. The electrical construction contract includes tasks such as replacement of electrical switchgear and furnishing and installing a new emergency generator. • The project is expected to start within 10 days of receipt of the written Notice to Proceed. • The project duration is approximately 280 calendar days. • The bid submission deadline is October 21, 2025. • A pre-bid conference will be held on September 30, 2025. • The project includes requirements for minority business participation, women-owned business participation, and apprenticeship programs.
