Description
Austin Peay State University is seeking a qualified pest‑control contractor to provide comprehensive campus‑wide pest management services. The work includes weekly on‑site presence to handle service requests within 24 hours, an initial full‑building treatment within 45 days of award, twice‑yearly scheduled treatments for all buildings, additional monthly treatments for designated facilities, and annual termite inspections with treatment only as needed. The contractor must supply a Certificate of Insurance by July 1, 2026 and be prepared to commence services immediately thereafter.
• Respond to all pest‑control requests on weekdays within a 24‑hour window (excluding weekends/holidays).
• Conduct an initial treatment for every building within 45 days of contract award.
• Perform twice‑yearly treatments for all buildings plus monthly treatments for specific locations; conduct annual termite inspections in January/February.
• Provide insurance documentation (COI) by July 1, 2026; no public bid opening will be held.
