IT- Business Application Software

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) is seeking vendors to provide IT-Business Application Software through a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) commodity program. The program will allow for the procurement of commercial items on an as-needed basis. Vendors will be added to the BPA calling list on a rolling basis, and individual call orders will be issued as needed. The BPA will be awarded to small businesses, and the Non-manufacturer rule will apply to non-manufacturers. • The BPA commodity program will utilize a streamlined method for acquiring supplies and services. • Vendors will be required to submit a capabilities statement and provide their Cage Code and Unique Entity Identifier (UEID) numbers. • The Government will not pay for any information provided under this combined synopsis/solicitation. • The BPA will be awarded for a period of time, but the exact duration is not specified. • Individual call orders will be issued on a firm fixed-price basis. • The Government will utilize Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) to electronically process vendor requests for payment.
