Description
The Department of Military Affairs and Veterans Services is seeking bids for water disinfection services at the NH Army National Guard Training Site in Center Strafford, NH. The contract term is expected to commence upon date of Governor and Council approval through November 28, 2025. The successful vendor will be required to perform all work and furnish all materials, tools, equipment, and safety devices necessary to perform the requested services.
• The contract will be a non-exclusive contract, and the State reserves the right to retain other contractors to provide any of the services or deliverables identified under this procurement.
• The vendor will be required to provide pricing information, complete the "Vendor Contact Information" section, and sign the bid form.
• A mandatory site visit is required to qualify for bidding on this project.
• The vendor will be responsible for meeting all terms and conditions specified in the bid and any resulting contract.
• The State reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part thereof and add/delete items/locations to the contract.
