Description
The contract calls for the cleaning, sanitization, bacteriological testing, and removal of anodes from three sanitary tanks aboard a U.S. Navy submarine docked at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery, ME. Work includes detailed surface preparation to SSPC‑SP 1 standards, application of sodium‑hypochlorite disinfectant, post‑treatment testing for E. coli and Enterococci, and submission of multiple data items (QMS, test reports, personnel roster, compliance certificate, schedule, status reports, and technical work document). The effort must be performed between 8 Feb 2027 and 7 Jul 2027, with strict notification requirements and performance monitoring per the attached QASP and CDRL.
