Public Works Building Renovation Project

The City of Grand Terrace is seeking a contractor to renovate the Public Works Building. The project includes flooring replacement, window replacements, application of new wall finishes, and installation of kitchen cabinetry and a sink. The scope also includes restroom upgrades, featuring the installation of a new stand-up shower and sink, along with all associated electrical and plumbing work. Additionally, the project includes the installation of a new door within an existing wall. The contractor will be responsible for completing the work by June 30, 2026. • The project requires a valid Class B license at the time of bid submission. • The City does not guarantee any minimum amount of services under this Agreement. • The contractor shall comply with all applicable prevailing wage requirements under California Labor Code. • The contractor shall possess and maintain registration with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) at https://efiling.dir.ca.gov/PWCR. • The contractor shall provide a Faithful Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract price. • The contractor shall execute the Contract and provide required bonds and insurance within ten (10) calendar days of award.
