Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, is seeking potential sources for 13 adjustable height 3-section physical therapy exam/treatment tables. The tables should have a blue upholstery color, adjustable head and leg sections, and other specific features. The tables will be used in the Outpatient Physical Therapy clinic at the VA Salt Lake City Medical Center.
