The State of Maryland’s Department of Information Technology is issuing a Purchase Order Request for Proposal (PORFP) to acquire ten Dell Pro 3 16‑inch touchscreen desktop units with full keyboards. Only vendors who are “Master Contractors” under the existing Desktop‑Laptop‑Tablet 2015 Master Contract (BPO #060B5400007) may submit. Bids must be submitted electronically via the eMaryland Marketplace Advantage (eMMA) system by 10:00 AM EST on 6 Nov 2026. Questions are due by 10 AM EST on 3 Nov 2026.
