Description
The State of Maryland’s Department of Information Technology is issuing a Purchase Order Request for Proposal (PORFP) to acquire ten Dell Pro 3 laptops and five Dell Pro Thunderbolt 4 docking stations (or equivalents) for a special unit. Only vendors who are Master Contractors under the existing Desktop Laptop and Tablet 2015 Master Contract (BPO #060B5400007) may submit. Bids must be submitted electronically via the eMaryland Marketplace Advantage (eMMA) system by November 5, 2026 1:00 PM EST. Questions are due by November 2, 2026 10:00 AM EST. The contract is a Small Business Reserve procurement, limiting award to certified small‑business vendors.
