Description
The City of Panama City is soliciting bids for the rerouting of an existing 4‑inch sewer force main between the Mathison and FDOT properties to Highway 390, extending north along the west side, crossing under Highway 390 at Florida Avenue, and terminating at an existing sewer manhole. The work includes approximately 2,400 linear feet of force main, associated fittings, and site restoration. Bids must be submitted electronically via the City’s Bonfire portal by 9:00 AM CT on 16 September 2026. A non‑mandatory pre‑bid conference will be held on 26 August 2026 at 11:00 AM CT in City Hall (or via Zoom). The contract is expected to last 90 days.
