Description
The White City VA Medical Center Nutrition & Food Services is seeking a contractor to provide 2 (two) Traulsen RRI232LPUT-FHS Spec-Line Refrigerators. The refrigerators must meet specific salient characteristics, including dimensions, performance requirements, and power needs. The contractor must provide delivery and installation of the refrigerators, as well as maintenance and warranty services. The government is not obligated to award a contract, but responses to this Sources Sought Announcement will help inform their acquisition decisions.
• The refrigerators must have a net capacity of 80.2 cu. ft. and dimensions of 68" x 39 1/8" x 83 1/4".
• The refrigerators must have a smart control with LED display, stay-clear condenser, and balanced self-contained refrigeration system.
• The contractor must provide a three-year parts and labor warranty and a five-year compressor warranty.
• The government is mandated to consider a total set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses, but may consider other acquisition approaches if there are insufficient responses.
