Description
The County of Los Angeles, Internal Services Department, is seeking bids for a brand-specific software system, namely Bitsight Technologies, Inc.'s software products, including continuous security ratings subscription, vendor risk management vendor connections subscription, and security posture management. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew. The bidder must provide all necessary documentation, including a completed Request for Bid (RFB) document, Appendix A Purchasing Required Forms package, and a certificate of insurance. The bidder must also comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Some key features of the required software include:
* Continuous monitoring for chosen organizations
* Daily updates of ratings and associated data
* Access to historical data for the past year
* External attack surface management foundation
* Peer comparison and proactive performance management
* Risk forecasting and alerts
* Integration functionality and framework intelligence
* The software must be new, unused, and covered by the original software developer warranty.
The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding process.
