Architectural & Interior Design Services - FY26 - IDQ(A)

The City of Norfolk is seeking proposals from qualified professional architectural firms to provide architectural and interior design services on an as-required basis. The selected firm will enter into an annual, renewable agreement with the City to provide services for various City projects. The scope of work may include architectural inspections, design, historic tax credit documentation, interior design, construction administration, and other related services. The City encourages small businesses and minority-owned businesses to compete for the contract. • The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew annually. • The City will provide a scope of services for each specific request for architectural and interior design services required under the agreement. • The selected firm will be required to provide services on an as-required basis. • The City encourages firms to describe any planned use of small businesses and minority-owned businesses in their proposal. • The City will evaluate proposals based on technical competence, general background experience, and availability.
